As housing supply in the USA is extremely low, I am working on a 900 sq. ft. 2 bedroom house plan to help provide options for the first-time and step-down (retirement?) buyers. Objectives include economy in construction and ongoing utility costs. Along with this, I am working on service options for the elderly to help them “age in place.”
